Neat videos. On the second video link he describes a little bit in the description of how it works but no specs.

Translation:

POWER-INFINITY
Objective: Preservation of the phase shift in the primary winding through a phase shift in the secondary winding.
Basis: The phase shift is formed where the positive charges are handled by the current magnetic field south pole TP and vice versa, the negative charges - the north pole.

I have this one but the problem I have is that 1100V AWG is lost due to low impedance of  flyback or  1:10 transformer.

and rising edge and trailing edge  BNC outputs+ precision potentiometers  to adjust
What I do not have is HV switch that will be slicing 10KV DC to impulses using both BNC listed above .This switch is build into Q head laser optics.I need to create my own and that is not easy unless someone know it better.

It does have trigger BNC from regular generator.

I did lot of work driving mosfets like irf820, 840, etc simply using a small commercial (low cost) 'pulse transformer' (5KV isolation) with easyoutput  DC level auto-restoration (alternatively it is also easy to wind small ferrite ring with equal effectiveness). I used it extensively for TPU 3 freq generators/switchers. Same approach can be used to drive easily halph bridge or full bridge switchers. It is a quick and safe way. I could send you detailed info.
