may I suggest that you in primary TC instead using 2.2!!2,2nF which give 1.1nF use much lower capacity  about 0,1nF or even try without capacity.... maybe it will behave even better at quarter wavelength for wire length

I think Mr admin you are right on that. A pc power supply and a identical DMM file a good evidence if not proof
Teofillus denied everything so far... ok we are waiting to see his claims. Perhaps afraid or got greedy?

no point at discussing that replication. The man who made it is Teofiliuss (or someone who shares laboratory) and he can be contacted for details as for answering the key question if this thing works.
