This is not considered Zero Point Energy but is at least 3 times overunity in energy conversion. It is a Heat Pump. It takes ambient energy and is not closed looped.

Thanks Kator01 - that is some great reading.  I have seen Turtur mentioned before but didn't know how much good research he has done.  I love seeing this kind of thing from such a highly educated physicist and he's really got the right mindset on getting the info out there too.  No patents - he just wants it put into use to save our planet and people.
