You know, some people like to feel important. I'm not so sure @SR has anything. Just boasting, it seems. Like I said before, of those currently active I think Steorn are the only ones up to the task. The effect they're showing has to be confirmed, however. It very well may be that @madsatbg maybe onto something but we'll see. I wonder about Bob Kostoff. His device is one of the most interesting -- purely gravity as far as I understand. Such is also Sjack Abeling's. Jim (@P-Motion) says he has spoken with him in December and it appears he (Abeling) has stopped the effort (or has he?). Mind you, I've seen personally Reinard Finsrud's device near Oslo. I've also visited Veljko Milkovic in Novi Sad, Serbia. You may want to know that I've visited also Valeri Ivanov in Elin Pelin, Bulgaria and so on and so forth. Walter Torbay came to New York and showed his non-working device. I was in London for the botched Steorn demo and so on and so forth. As I said, very few of these folks do the right thing and carry out the necessary proper measurements. Why is that? I can't tell. Mostly lack of equipment, perhaps. Lack of systematic scientific training etc. maybe, if we exclude the common human frailties such as greed and feeling of being exclusive.

CAn you link  Kostof device , is it possible to be replicated ?

See, my only agenda is to see this research and the effects it reveals become part of the mainstream science, when their reality is established unequivocally. I have no interest in the engineering aspect and the commercialization of these devices. I see this as pure scientific exploration.

As for Bob Kostoff, there's a whole string in this forum discussing it: http://www.overunity.com/index.php?topic=2326.0. I don't think it's possible to be replicated because just as in Kapanadze's and Abeling's cases key features are missing in the video and in the explanation. Also, just as in Kapanadze's, Abeling's, Brady's (Perendev) etc. cases the author doesn't allow visits. It seems he has disappeared from the horizon as Torbay or that Mike (claiming Bedini replication) or @xpenzif or you name it. Typical behavior, almost a trend in this area of pursuit.

So now the potential replication has low pass filer or inverter for conversion? What i see from the video is that the load is directly connected to a coil that at least is inductively coupled (if not conductively) to a spark gap directly. Spark gaps create vahoc of high frequencies as is known.

Same with Kapanadze. The geo.avi shows the lamps directly connected to an output few thick turns coil without any smoothing cap or filter or inverter and is measured like normal 50Hz electricity with normal DMM. (even though it shows minor rf signal)

I do not know what you are saying but for me its quite suspicious that behaviour. At least to the replication
