So we are dealing with two different forms of energy here differing  with  ray properties




It is believed that photon travel accros the space as  cosmic ray does

If  vacuum could be displaced as dielectric medium than it must interact with both  photon and cosmic ray on its way  of travel


if you look at capacitor video  from MIT you see that movement  electrostatic meter happen only when we move distance between  plates of capacitor.

but also proves  point that dielectric by itself when moved = displaced
makes effect as we where to  live dielectric untouched and move  plates of capacitor only.

conclusion:
When any movement happened
a- of dielectric medium
b- photon or  cosmic ray  movement
c- capacitor plates movement
we have mutual interaction of all 3 of components


That might prove the point of vacuum acting as storage  of energy at given  delta T point of space geometry  and point of time.
At the displacement than we  could move and see  differentiation of space due to displacement  properties

About HV module in 200W device shown to stiveip.
I don't think that HV module used to ignite gas can discharge HV spark continously. is there somebody from Zariad group ? I think this module is set to discharge at some rate which cannot be exceeded.
Am I correct ? Does somebody have documentation of that module ?

Hi Stivep,
speaking about cosmic rays may be misleading as they do not reach earth directly: they first impact on upper atmosphere and mostly are arrested producing a secondary showers of high energy electrons, gamma rays, protons, neutrons, photons, etc. Is that secondary emissions that we are able to track and record mostly on high mountains in Nepal.
