OMG, I found the problems. First the other day my mosfet was on backwards. Now I just realized the connection between 6N137 pin 6 and IRF7307 pins 2-4 was not there at all. How come I did not see that before I don't know but I had checked it so many times. Hmmmm.

Anyways, I made the connection just now and started her up. IT WORKS!!!!!!!!!
The mosfet heat sink is moderately warm to touch which is a great change from what I usually see.

My Brother lent me his scope (HP MegaZoom 54645D) because I think the Channel A of my scope is shot from a good while ago. I will have to check it more closely.

Also, Bob has now started the TBC builds but he has said it will take some time to finish because they have so much present work. But at least we are now in the meat grinder and have their attention. He will build two units. Then he will give me the final price for other units without a minimum order.

I will play with this a little while and do a video to show you guys. Today is a happy day.
