how this device can transform this world into a loving harmonious society?

Imagine everyone can create the power of an atomic bomb on his kitchen table. This would mean, in a short period of time we have to transform ourselves in a loving harmonious society - otherwise there will be soon no society left at all.

why most of high power diesel AC generators have in the userguide remark about good grouding requirement ?

For my understanding this grounding is mainly for the metal housing, because of the risk of electrocution from stray currents.

Assume if I have a 2kW diesel AC generator powering only a 100W bulb. Where is the rest of output power ?

Left in the diesel fuel. Because it would not make any sense to burn fuel equivalent to 1,9kW in order to dump it right into the ground.

Kapanadze device: We have high voltage with low current, this means we have not enough electrons in order to do useful work with this high voltage. Therefore the idea is to pump electrons somehow out of the ground, so we have high voltage AND high current.

Well....you see, I think you are wrong. If in Kapanadze device at output would be high voltage and high current nobody would be a ble to measure it because of killing danger. Clearly if you analyse all videos you would find that output of device is max always and do not drop or change if you turn off/on 4kW load.

It would be very interesting to see, how the Kapanadze device reacts, if someone short circuits the output to the lamps while the device is running. Don't think there is any fuse connected to the device in the videos.
