are you sure its around 200khz?  i would say it is around 10 megahertz unless there is a tesla coil underneath those heavy gauge windings

You wanted any valuable info..well, while I'm still not sure but almost.... then ... just drop everything you thought before and think .....IF you would have a big current but at 230V what would be the simplest modulator to get it pulsed at 50Hz ? How about a little weak HV current from kacher interrupted at 50Hz to ionize spark gap ?
Anyway...what is the minimal voltage to jump spark gap ? think simple

first staf of kapanadze is solved.... adicional current is from hi voltage discharge thru condenser and spark gap. (juel thief, hi voltage transformer or something else)

second staf is also solver.....forming 50Hz......

use 40uF AC condenser (for starting motors) and 253,3mH coil.... :-)

if try to made this filter.....coil is the same like kapanadze LOW voltage coil.....try to make!

Coil is formed around condenser...

The third thing is not solved :-(..... How conect Hi voltage discharge, passband filter and 220 voltage from inverter or grid...
