there is no free energy coming out from any of the 3 extra coils!
there is no energy gain anywhere
nor in any high voltage kacher transformer tesla coil or whatever...

it is i think recollection of electrons that is transmitted to the receiver coils
and because of the nature of electrostatism,  the receivers will do no impact on the sender,  this way its possible to send the harvested energy back onto the transmitter without disturbing the electron flow.     
this way you will have higher energy peaks at your timed discharge intervals ,  it goes higher and higher till the something stabilizes between the sender and the 3 extra tesla coils
this is how i imagine The Kapanadze system....

This one has a ferrite core and a copper ring/tube. 
In the first version the ring is cut and in the second version it is shorted.
The latter one seems to be in agreement with William J. McFreey's analysis.

This old man claiming that he accidentally found one of beneficial part of Tesla coil: when he placed extra coils next to main coil those additional coils also exited and generated electrical current, but consumption of electricity did not change: 220V, 140W 2.7A.
he claiming that he can interlock circuit i.e. use excess of energy as a primary sours , and create small electric generator, suggested output 50kHz  30(kV or kWt) electricity.

Yes.
There is no mixing of frequencies.
Most important thing is to generate sharp pulses (triggered) the pulse from Tesla coil need to be sharp "This may be good example: electric gas igniter"! This is the only source who generate impulses. this is the only generator there! No mixing and no modulations.

Second is bifilar coil closed looped by itself â€" when impulses are generated to inductor it magnetises a bifilar coil (it creates a magnetic field in bifilar coil) so in total you have one source "generating pulses" but in fact you have resonant magnetic generator with two fields (similar to Hertz Resonator - "see picture under post")

To read the tea leaves: A bifilar coil closed looped by itself, could this perhaps mean one side of the coil is connected to ground #1 (earth) and the other side is connected to ground #2 (tin can), like depicted in the illustration below?

When very closely observed, the kink in the white cable on the left-hand side of the coil looks somewhat flat, like a bifilar cable. Just like the bifilar cable from the transformer leading to the tin can. Maybe it is even cut from the same piece of cable.

Hence if this is correct, then there is one more wire to play around with (and one part less waiting for explanation).
