No this is incorrect.
By releasing this technology to  us The People    there is no rights to any patents due to original  statutory points in patent application of Tariel.
After the principals of operation  has proven, than TK has rights to patent.
If priority  of Tesla will be in picture than TK will not get the patent or He will lose his patent ( Marconi  case)
Anyhow technology will be free to use.
TK will become   one of the most wealthiest people on the planet due to popularity   ( as well:University  Doctor Honoris Causa and Noble Prices)

Guys check this out,in the greenbox video its said at 16.32,"transistors are heated"
,It is the transistors",then a guy next to whooshman,puts hes thumb down on both transistors, if both transistors were so hot ,why didn't he get burned or pull hes hand away.The heating of the transistors is fake,in my opinion the transistors do nothing its to fake you out.

Yeah I've brought up the transistor fake out myself, I think we should consider the possibility
that they use the fake heating of the transistors as an excuse to shut it down to conserve battery power
as far as I am concerned one lie means there is probably more lies. I have to ask myself.
Why make a video like that and fake parts of it, why not just don't make one ?
Why was the video made ? To share or to get money ? Is Tariel just a magician ?

tk can only patent something special like a certain circuit design or something.  Patents are worthless and only serve corporations to get an edge on another and fill the pockets of patent lawyers.  After paying a patent attorney all sorts of money a few years back I got a taste of the patent game.  It is a tool corporations own to open up a window in the market they are playing in.  Best way to sell your idea is to approach companies that could utilize your idea and sell it to them directly with non-disclosure agreements.  This is tricky because they can just feed it to another straw company but I have found that if your idea is valuable and the R&D prospectus you present along with the contract is valid then you can sell your intellectual product without getting involved with the patent industry.
