Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Try someone this impossible circuit or any variations of it. And then please tell me if this does not work, so I can save my time building it. ;D
If the orientation of the windings is parallel fluxwise then it will behave conventionally.

Get as much information as possible,questions, such as what max frequency will the transformer operate at.
Yes, connecting a 555 oscillator to one of the green transformer's windings and measuring the induced voltage on anoter winding while varying the frequency of the NE555 oscillator would reveal the frequency characteristics of the transformer.

There is one gotcha though:  Normal multimeters do not measure voltage well above 500HZ and this test should be done up to 100kHz.  So normal multimeters are useless for this.  See Itsu's Video 1 and 2.

Observing the amplitude of the induced waveform on an oscilloscope would be meaningful, though.

Doesn't this photo show the silver braid branching into two wires?  ...a white wire and a copper colored braid?

The copper coloured looks like a 2-core low loss audio speaker type cable.

@Free.Energy

Yes the transformer is the key,why pick a small 3 phase transformer there is no reason at all.
You could use a standard transformer if it was not needed,factor in that TK looks very sick,he made a mistake and didn't hide it,
because of this,he never counted on anyone noticing this transformer.I noticed this instantly, because its very odd to use
this type of transformer, also stupid, in place of a regular transformer unless it was needed.Its hard to work with not a good choice.
He next offered us a 10 kw 3 phase system. It could be that he was getting ready for the next part of his scam. He claims he destroys his devices after each "demonstration". I do not believe him. I think he keeps some of the stuff around. Maybe he just destroys the secret part.  Either way the 3 phase transformer is some part of the clue. In his patent he says that in order to get 3 phase you just triple up his invention.
Remember his secret has a High voltage component in it. Maybe Jack Noskills idea with a 10 to 1 winding would do the trick. Whatever it is, we know it is simple. And light weight.
