While it is certainly interesting for resonant electrical circuits, it might not have much relevance to the special operating principle of the kapanadze scheme.
But the load power achievments are looking really good in the patent.

I see the heat has not boiled down yet, and SR has not spoken?
Hm, theories and theories and theories again. Some diagrams (interesting ones) are pop-ing up that clog most experimenters' minds.

Have we reached any conclusion as how might this device work? based on what principle?
Magnetostriction says one, ferroresonance maybe or plain LC resonance (almost impossible). Hm..
Personally i cannot grasp the outline of operation. A high voltage to go in a coil that is pulsed by two transistors same time having a ferrite core...

Also all claim Tesla is the inventor of it. (Kapanadze etc) You do tell me in which note, publication or lecture does Tesla mentions such a thing?

Of course there is the overwhelming possibility that the decive it can be a joke too.

In that context it can be speculated also that the Kapanadze device
is a solid-state version of Tesla´s unipolar dynamo and the current gain
is a result of collecting Eddy currents.

It has been explained before and pointed out by me, what the fat guy (no Kapandze) shows and where is the page taken from http://home.earthlink.net/~drestinblack/generator.htm . Actually it's Linde's liquidification machine and this has been discussed by Tesla in the famous "Problem of increasing human energy" but in a totally different concept.

By the way, there Tesla discusses the possibility that incoming energy (in his lake-tank analogy) should be absored in an effort to cover an energy void and connected it to Linde's setup. It was up to Oliver Nichelson that theorized the biffilar coil as a FE machine. No experiments attached only the voltage gain at resonance thing.

Actually in no way Tesla concludes any Free energy potential from the biffilar design.
Regarding Tesla unipolar dynamo in solid state, that I cannot visualize it.

Again, if you read (i have not seen or done any experiment) the Tesla-unipolar-dynamo-notes by Tesla himself, he does consider it as self-exciting and not free energy.

I always look for exact matches of sketches and the link nor any Linde patent has the exact same sketch that the man in the video is pointing too.
But from what is discernible the elements do highly correspond to the linde  device.
You are right, Tesla himself did not believe that the dynamo was OU, i was just brainstroming about possible explanations of current gain in electromagnetic devices. But it is very probably not what is going on there.
