I do, for one.

Note that in the device you have pictured, there is one item present, and one item missing.

The item present is a POWER CORD, designed to be plugged into a mains supply at 220 Volts AC. The device needs to have this power cord plugged into the mains to operate.

The item missing is an OUTPUT of any kind. Turning a gear on a shaft and measuring its rotation-- probably inaccurately-- with a non-contact optical tachometer is NOT output, certainly not good enough output to be able to claim any kind of "excess of One Unit" or any excess energy at all.

And finally.... if you go to visit Potapov at home, you will find that his home is still hooked up to the national power grid. Just as Kapanadze's is.

Coils care only about the current or flux, not voltage.  You can pick up voltage with a capacitor but not with a coil.
Also perpendicular coils don't interact with each other.
