Someone has posted a patent (application) not more then 2 month ago. I suppose it was here, and it was Zeitmaschine.
Content was, a array of Tesla-HV-Secondary with INSIDE (third) low voltage current coil.

Does anybody show me the way to that patent again?

I need help for a Russian translation of some parts of the Green Box video.

1) At 7:55 before they connected the ground wire to the water pipe, the fat guy with black vest measured the voltage on that pipe and saw 06.4 volts. This was before any grounding wire was added to the pipe. This is very important because when he measured that, the other fat guy came and took the probe in his hand to stop the measurement process. You can also see a stray thick wire is lying right next to the base of the water pipe. WHY??????????? This is of concern. Why would he measure 6.4 volts. It could be 6.4 volts but it could also be pulsing at 100kHz at several amps or more and you wuold not even notice it existing as a rider frequency that can permeate the complete system as an added energy source.

2) At 22:00 they had just connected the radiator ground wire and started up the device but the bulbs were not well lit and at 22:30 the fat guy measured the amperage at the ground wire and only spoke out the reading. What was that reading?

3) After that there was a lot of commotion while they figured out what was wrong. Then one of the guys unscrewed a few bulbs and three of them were lit up and the fat guy read again the amps at 23:38. What was that reading and if possible can we have a general idea on what they were talking about?

4) After that at 23:53 the fat guy and TK went to measure voltage across one bulb it read  -1137, -170, 393, 319, 238, 100, 061, 096, 030, 068, 085, 070, 043, 085, and during all these great voltage fluctuations we could notice the weak bulb brightness fluctuations. What were they talking about?

5) TK seems pissed off and he grabs the chairs holding up the bulbs and moves it and at 24:30 he gives a wire to the other guy. What did he tell that guy to do. (Later we see the guy connecting that lamp wire directly to the  water pipe).

6) At 24:36 TK does some connection changes at the green box. What was he saying.

7) At 43:33 the guy that put the wire  onto the water pipe tells TK something and I heard the word "negative". What was he asking.

There is so much in the green box video we do not know simply because we do not understand the language. Ideally we would have need for a timed translation so we can put that video into full context.

Something went wrong when he put the radiator on and during that commotion things may have been said that would not have been said otherwise.

My other question is when they put the radiator on and before they unscrewed the bulbs, at 22:17 when they tried the rad as ground and when he turned on the green box switch, why was there only one bulb lit? If those bulbs are in parallel, each one should have been lit to 1/5th. We need to listen before this time stamp to hear if they are talking about unscrewing some bulbs that they could have done before the rad test.  But I don,t think so if the video was a normal progression of the events.

This is very important information and it is really too bad that I cannot speak Russian. I heard a few Armenian words in this video. Can TK speak Armenian?

Somewhere on the first 100 pages or so of this thread (page  8   i posted a rough translation that a georgian person i know was so kind to do.

In the thread you give a link to, the following translated comment is made: "Bring lamps, we must check the potential difference between earth and water supply"

Question: Why should there be enough difference in potential to run the light bulbs. Possible answer: Because the water supply pipe is connected to live mains or some other potential above ground!
