For example 95% of the people that are convinced that they understood Tesla, try to explain his energy transmission devices with Hertzian EM theory.
I share your opinion that there is an enhanced magnetic process going on
that includes the ferrite.

If the ferrite would act as the waveguide here, then the width of the waveguide needs to be of the same order of magnitude as the wavelength  of the guided wave.
Doubtful that such setups with tiny sparkgaps and TV HV circuit boards can create waves of that enormously high frequencies.
But who knows there may be things going on here that are missing from the literature.
Also waveguides for longitudinal waves may work differently.

There is yet to be seen a working replication of any of Don Smith´s 40+ devices even if it just has a COP of 1.1. Or a single of those "mass-produced" devices in russia and japan that he bragged about.
His theories are all great though.

Does the spark increase NPN-PNP's output more than sparks' energy?

A 50Hz generator was made with 555, a couple of power pnp and npn transistors BDx54C and BDx53C, high-voltage generator with 2B3055 and some fixed Russian ТХО. The output coil is wound around a 40mm dia pvc tube, the high-voltage winding is along the entire length with a 0.4mm wire, then two equal ones are wound again along the entire length 1.5mm with leads in the middle and on the half of the tube additional two, one over the other. I use a 12V 21W lamp as a load because the windings of the secondary are too few. As a core I use thin-wall iron tube, cur from a projector stand be cause this is what I found at hand. I also have 32mm dia ferrites but the effect is zero with them while with the iron tube it is evident from the vid. The frequency of the sinusoid and the HV hasn’t been synchronized and more work is needed on this. Don’t waste your money on ferrites, try first with iron tubes because, as we all know, Kapanadze has made his device with an adze (sic). High-voltage winding must be well insulated from below and on top to avoid rupture. GREETINGS AND SUCCESS TO ALL!!!
