Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

znel, Very nice setup and that's an amazing long run from such a short initial pulse.  Was the big cap empty before giving it the initial pulse of power?  I like seeing variations on Don Smiths work.  I was told nearly all his diagrams and builds had intentional mistakes in them to avoid easy replication.  I believe he wanted people to really understand how it worked and didn't want to give it away to just anyone to replicate.

   I'm wondering if you might be able to add an antenna in there to keep it going longer.  Also I think a very important thing I've found recently from some others here is that when you have a spark gap if you spark to a Neodymium magnet that you will get a considerable increase in power and spark.

Yes, I normally discharge them before performing other experiments.  They have one heck of a bite if your not careful.    It takes less than a second to bring them up to 7500 volts DC.

I initially discovered this while doing some testing with Don's circuits and noticed a buzz in the TV that was near by.  When I disconnected it the buzz continued until the caps were discharged.

You'd have to experiment with the antenna idea abit tosee if it would actually add to the run time.  I'm off on another adventure right now.

The Dynatron thing is interesting, but it is still a damped oscillation.
It would still be needed to establish an input of excess energy into the system
to actually power loads.

@Znel,

Dragon is that you? I remember your observation and setup as you explained it. The point is do you have any hint that the 15Hour of oscillation is more energy than that contained in the cap initially?

Something similar to Dynatron, i have experienced with my Ignition coil when the spark-gap is way too wide to spark, so cables are electrified and spark slightly for some time. I have not given any particular attention :)
