Zinc and cooper  oxide must be in minimum 6 hours ( not one hour like I reported before)
in temperature of 100 Celsius 
      in annealing oven 
it helps if it is in liquid nitrogen
it might be in vacuum oven
to take oxide out.

How do You think we will drive a car when the gas prices go up dont be suprised in couple of years that 1 litter of gasoline will be 5$ in the last decade the gas prices went up for 300% 10 years ago 1 liter of gasoline was 0.45$ and now 1liter is 1.5$  in next decade it will go another 300% or more. All the products will be 300% more expensive because gass is needed for production of products transportation etc. So the only chance for stabilisation of economy and better life will be nuclear batteries
The word nuclear in people starts fear like chernobile or fukushima but nuk batteries like beta voltaic are installed in pacemakers in people so if its safe for pacemaker than its safe for electric cars also.
Imagine what will be in next decade! when the prices go 300% OR MORE UP! JUST IMAGINE!
