  Hutchinson made em in the arc of the covenant replication spark gaps.  Called them entiities.  Tesla made ozone in his oscillator secondary spark gap/capacitor and Stan Myers made hydrogen and ozone in his spark gap/capacitor secondary tank.  The trick is ionizing radiation combined with high intensity electric field.  Create electric field between capacitor plates.  Inject gas to be ionized.  Instigate electron cascade event and manipulate free accelerated electrons to slow down and create more ionizing radiation to create more free electrons to be acceelrated by electric field between capacitor plates.  Relax system before plasma created bridges entire spark gap  (complete dielectric breakdown of spark gap capacitance) into inductor, introduce new gas while collecting hydrogen and ozone.  This is simple conversion of electron orbital momentum into energy.  Einstein clearly defined the photon as the transfer of inertia from body of mass to body of mass.  Electrons have mass and velocity and vector.  Influence any one of these parameters and the electron momentum will be converted into energy.  This energy will radiate out into the surrounding field until it is converted into inertia of a second body of mass.  It is a very simple concept.  Let that sink in.
   Look at what Hutchinson does.  He powers up some tesla transformers and beams ionizing raditiaion into objects residing in the electric field between the top capacitors on the tesla transformers.  Stuff starts flying around.  Almost like it gets lighter.  You rip enough electrons off atoms of your dielectric and rest assured they will become less dense.  Resulting in bubbles.  Why do you think a Jacob's latter plasma goes up.  The ions are lighter than the surrounding gas and go up like a fish burp at the bottom of the ocean.  What creates ion wind.  If ion wind goes round and round rest assured some of the ions are going up and down.
  Another example of this phenomenon is the light emitting diode.  Electrons at the emitter fall into uncharged space within the crystal.  Their momentum created by the charge polarization across the semiconductor is altered.  The inertia of the electron is changed and therefore a photon is radiated communicating this change in momentum to the rest of the world.
  Tesla's magnifying transmitter top capacitor had to create air glow.  This would be electron cascades near the interface of the huge capacitor in the sky.  In fact residents did report a glow coming from the top of the tower when it was being tested.  The electric field at such a q would have been incredibly intense.  The electron cascade provided the conversion of the electron inertia into photons.  Some of which were radiated as losses from the transmitter.  But some of the accelerated free electrons would bombard the top capacitor with a direct electron to electron inertia transfer from inelastic collisions with the metal.  This would serve to transfer electrons through the secondary in excess of what was being pumped out.  The current would be greater than what expected when the capacitance shorted into the inductor and this current gain then used to power stuff.  His intent was of course to induce electron cascades in receiver transformers by tranmitting electrons to and fro in the Earth until the receivers electric field emissions were intense enough to initiate ionization and electron acceleration into the receivers circuitry.

No it does not.  This is why you need the electric field disruption that an ionizing photon will supply.  The individual electron energy of the free electrons is the result of the wavelength of the photon employed and has nothing to do with the number of photons employed in the ionization.  This is because the proper wavelength photon will disrupt the electric force binding the electron due to a matter of scale.  As you get closer and closer in the orbitals, shorter and shorter wavelengths need to be employed which of course translates into higher and higher energy photons because the centripedal force is stronger on an electron occupying an s orbital compared to a spdorf.  The resultant individual electron energy is proportionately greater also because it's orbital velocity is greater in order to resist coulumbs force while the mass stays the same no matter what orbital the electron resides in.
