To Grumage,

I think i got a another solution which differ from member: 00 posting which my suggestion would be totally outside the the norm for this Kapanadze device circuit diagram.I do advise you to try his suggestion as well.

My suggestion-
The yoke or the HV generator from 220volt is not needed for the moment.If you got a HV flyback transformer create a circuit to drive transformer with low puse width maybe 30% or 40% and vary frequency till you get optimal brightness from bulb (which is in the box.Notice you have already created a measurement circuit to check lumen.

The HV transformer i have mentioned needs to be connected to which "used to be L3" then hot side to cap then to Kapanadze.

This setup i suggest would allow you to know where the exact "efficiency problem" is it at yoke driver or kapanadze device merely by observing power input with original yoke(current setup) and without(base on my suggestion)  against lumen output.

We tried 150W halogen bulb but in the current state of how we took power out if system it was not lit fully.
In our experiment it was capacitive loop in series to "cold" end of flyback. Attaching ground directly to one of AV plug diodes probably won't give much effect (you can still try it).
