When diodes switch from forward conduction to reverse cut-off, a reverse current flows briefly as stored charge is removed. It is the abruptness with which this reverse current ceases which characterises the step recovery diode.

Ok, I do think we got something here....
If we use a transformer like in the Barbosa patent, having the secondary (thicker wire) feeding a special transformer ( primary) and this primary connected in a high voltage and high frequency circuit. This primary will be the cathode, like in microwave circuit.
The " special" transformer got have an anode, that can be aluminum  tube grounded and between the " anode and the cathode" we will have the pickup coil.

Are you referring to the magnetron circuit below? If possible, please provide circuit diagram of what you are proposing for clarity.

The Lietunov patent describes the Kapanadze device as having an antenna which produces ozone (point 6 refers to point 5). That is something new to me. The Kapanadze patent does neither mention an antenna nor does it mention the production of ozone (it does not even mention high voltage). Also I cannot see any antenna or any hint of ozone production in any of the Kapanadze videos. So how does Lietunov got the idea of an ozone producing antenna on the Kapanadze device? Is Lietunov close to Kapanadze so he knows the Kapanadze secret (and improved it a little bit)?
