Remember the 2004 blueprint on page 1221. If the high voltage attracts electrons from ground then we need a mixing stage (instead of the question mark) which mixes the high voltage high frequency with the 50Hz frequency coming from the inverter going to the load. In theory the high voltage disturbs the electric field of the Earth surrounding the high voltage coil. If this disturbed electric field is the place to look for the free energy then the task would be to couple the 50Hz circuit to this field in order to extract this energy but without connecting the high voltage directly to anything.

And free your mind of the spark gap. A lamp connected to a flickering spark gap will never result in a constant brightness.
