Thanks a lot for the answer.
But the only close Bi toroid to my idea is what I've found is given on the picture link below.
The significant difference is the prensence of a gap in my idea.
All I want/need if someone is able to build and test a device , based on the attached files in my previous comments.
Is it a Bi toroid transformer or new idea transformer I simply don't care.

Let's call it MBi toroid, where M stands for Modified.

Other Bi toroid , that is very close to my idea is on the link below.
But the signifficant difference is that in this Bi toroid the primary coil is "gapped"(separated from other two coils with gap), where in my idea the third coil is gapped .
