Thanks Stivep1 for the Akula's translation, cause i did not understand a thing from what i saw in the first place.

So it has nothing to do mixing the field of a plain LC resonating circuit with a Tesla's coil field as previously proposed.

It has to do with making a special Tesla coil, that has as a top-load capacitance ? bifillar one(s).
Akula seems to give special care to tuning for that purpose, and starts by examining the topload "capacitance" first and then he adds the bottom plain Tesla coil inductor somewhat along the specifics of the biffilars on top. right??

It is me or this smells Colorado Springs Notes July 16th?

PS: I checked the older videos of Akula as explained by Wesley, especially that when he draws and explains the concept of operation. Akula nowhere says about ground current, biffilar capacitance, charge pump etc it seems he changes concepts and presents each time a new working device ...

I thought I had that in my favorites but it seems I dont.

akula's explanations seems dodgy as he tries to propose different point of view with each video. Also he got his proprietary stuff to protect so it is up to you to find where is the truth.

P.S. US people may realize for how long free energy devices was hidden from their eyes after this John Bedini video but life goes on and the wheel needs to be reinvented for peaceful transition to new science...

   I think that Akula is pulling our leg... as each device is very different, and so may be the working principles.

  Nor does he say that NMR is coming from Ferrite as the gain medium, at the expense of nuclear decay. He does however mention Earth magnetic resonance, which at least to me, is a whole different subject.
  In any case, he is showing some of the most interesting projects, ever.
And, unlike Kapanadze, he is showing and telling how it is supposed to work, (if true).
