You specify one layer of thick wire wound on a plastic former. How does this relate to Kapanadze's multi-turn and layer coils and what significance does the number of turns have on the operation of the device?

I have explained this in my post above but just take akula structure   strip it from  electronics and fallow his  instruction of what signal should be present where.
than you will have tesla coil on the left of my drowing and bifilar with pickup coil on the right of my drowing and inside you will have rod that I have described already ( read my posts)


if you fallow  Akula from video #7 than you will have  Tesla on the right
and on the left ,bifilar with pickup coil (called by Akula  inductor) with rod inside.

Much mention has been made of bifilar coils being important in kapanadze and Akula devices. Your simplified schematic makes no mention of a bifilar coil. Is this unecessary?

Caduceus  it is bifilar in unified special  spatial characteristic field form. It might  even be better solution for stability of the process but  harder to make. as bifilar  goes please read my post from above

Can any HV generator operating within the 10-60KHz band be used, such as a Royer oscillator or must constructors use a Tesla coil TX as per Akula?

1 amplitude
2. frequency
3 shape.
a. parameters of shape ( period ,offset  and so on) 
4. generator  can be affected by BEMF or spike return another words if you take Lab generator you will need INSULATION TRANSFORMER~~~~~~~~~~~~~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! mandatory as you will have  no generator most likely any longer

You mention in a later post that the length of the earth wire may be important. Please expand on this.

Besides, forget that stupid spark gap.

i disagree, TK have done dozens different devices and he always use sg like mr tesla. people don´t understand what sg actualy do and they attach for some mysterious importance.

Spark gap:  A spark gap, correctly used is a high MHZ oscillator. Used in conjunction with a HV small pf capacitor it pumps a tiny amount of current at 100s of millions of times per second. When  used in conjunction with an ordinary voltage ie DC or AC a "beat" frequency is produced which is similar to stochastic resonance. That is: additional static is picked up and inserted into the circuit.
It is the Lithuanian experiment. It is Benitez 1915. Same principle.
A spark gap on it's own is a loss of energy in a circuit.
It has to be implemented correctly.

In view of your comments, I think you will be wise to carry on 'working on it' until you can be sure that 'it does exactly as it says on the tin' and then free the world from those oil barons by 'open sourcing' a schematic that can be followed by 'Janet & John' with a much better chance of success! Sorry if I sound a bit harsh but you need to realise that many looking in on this thread with hope and anticipation are novices in both construction and electrics / electronics and have little chance on hitting the jackpot by following your simplified schematic and written instructions to link it in some manner to Akula's video demos, irrespective of how good intentioned this guidance is.

Be careful you have not implemented neutral earth ground return.
I did the following experiments:
1 A lightbulb connected only to mains live and the neutral connected to an earth rod  6 feet into the ground composed of an old gas pipe. After a few seconds - lo and behold, the light bulb lit.  No free energy. I am paying for it through my electric bill.


2 I repeated the experiment with a 2.2 kw kettle.   The kwatt meter showed about 1 kw, but the kettle took twice as long to boil.
Again no free energy.
So I'm being cautious.
Better to have a good understanding than mythology, don't you think?
But I hope you are right.
Still, you need to eliminate the" neutral via earth ground return" possibility.
