I did get into the patent you mentioned and that is   a process of  saturation of metal( iron but not only) with  member of tytanides -  in specific  Hydrogen reach titanium powder. or hydrated titanium if you will.( it comes as oxide form)

So what Russian did they knew that:
Titanium has a high melting point of 3135°F (1725°C). This melting point is approximately 400°F above the melting point of steel and approximately 2000°F above that of aluminum.
So they  just heat it to  more than 200C but mostly less than 900C.


They  have drilled  small cavity (hole)  than they inserted  quartz glass tube open from one side and covered with hydrogen flow allowing mesh screen

than using  hydrogen  low porosity  restive material for electrode - they weld the the opening and than  by electrolysis  or any other  method covered the opening with cooper that is hydrogen  resistive.

возможно это вещество сыграло главную роль,
Возможно расположение катушек которые создали тягу протонам,
Возможно дополнительной среды создаваемой в аквариумах
Возможно самого наличия физическое движение воздуха или масла

May I ask you some dumb question.

Did everyone here really knows that the Complete Tesla Oscillator is what we call the "Bird on the Wire Diagram"? I have all the proof that Tesla always used the same Circuit/Diagram from his first Tesla Cap Discharge Transformer until to the Tesla Tower on Wardenclyffe, it is all present on the internet.We just need to look closer and clearer on those patents, books and articles.

@a.king21 I know you have seen the TK devices with your own eyes on operation. As I can see on the Green Box Video of TK I can see only 1 wire coming out of the box to the SPARK GAP and to the so called Tesla Coil Former? Am I correct that there is only 1 WIRE coming out from the Green Box Device?

How many Ground/Earth post TK utilize on his device? Does he need only 1 wire from the Ground connected to radiator or water pipe?

If all you answers above are all YES , I think all of people here already knows what was truly the answer to Tariel Kapanadze quote "my secret is simple you'll laugh"

Base on my assumption on TK device:
1. The two Transistor is the same with the Ed Gray Vibrator/Inverter Circuit 12v to Hv output.

2.The High Voltage charges the cap to full which automatically discharge to the Tesla Transformer(Bird on the Wire Diagram) inside the Green Box.

3. The High Frequency High Voltage output of the Tesla Transformer is connected to the Spark Gap thru the Thick Primary inductor(Carloz Benitez Diagram) which is connected to the Bifilar Secondary with a Center Tapped.

4.There is a long Extra Coil Connected on the Center Tapped on the Bifilar Secondary to the LOAD and going to the GROUND. As you can see here The so called Thick Primary is Inductor, The Bifilar Secondary Coil is another Inductor, Extra Coil is another Inductor coupled as a Transformer together with the Load going to the Ground. The primary, secondary, extra coil, load is just 1 connection of wire till to the ground.

5. Tesla called the Lightning Strike as Atmospheric Discharge and replicated how the Lightning Strike behave and usually does it strikes down until it hits the Ground. Tesla copied the atmospheric discharge but putting the flow on a pipe(COIL) using the movement of the Electrons on the pipe.
