Yes, it looks strange when closely eyeballed. There is a small circular depression in the floor near the 'wire'. The 'wire' could also possibly be a split in the floor covering. There is also a possible trace of the 'wire' running back to the wall but this is very faint and hard to resolve due to granulation.

I think, but am not sure that one of these is the 0035 device, which is just a better power output version of the flashlight that runs forever.
