For ease of use KAPAGEN is rough brute force  of Kapanadze system. They look similar but thats all they operate quite differently.

Nothing wrong with KAPAGEN it gets ones foot in the door but biggest problem is too much power causing overheating of MOT and spark gap. There is MUCH room for improvement as i posted many times now. That said Kapanadze system is FAR more complex requiring at least 20 components which puts it towards only one or two really dedicated builders. 99% wont do more then a 5 parts hookup like KAPAGEN and STILL make compromise on earth even size of the wire now you would think everyone would have some wire something close to correct size?? apparently not:)


Kapanadze is a very well tuned system where every  turn and cap has been carefully selected. It runs on HT somewhere 5kv to 20kv and perhaps 15Khz low current the FET driver stage is 40 watts. It MODULATES the HT supply using the FET amplifier. Very little current passes the spark gap.

This is NOT just my opinion its also that of about 10k forum members over on the Russian Kapanadze websites.

It HAS been replicated small scale as Russian YT video 100 watt bulb 100% looped system no batteries or mains.

All the looped systems i know use ferrite cores NOT iron made of least 5 toroidal cores from TV or SMPSU's.

Now KAPAGEN it can be vastly improved but never become a Kapanadze device not until modulation is perfected using FET driver and trash the MOT's.  Despite this builders have a lot of things to try and reason for power linked LINEAR to i/p drive is the KAPAGEN is untuned RF hash box of crud and its just luck that some of the RF spills over enough to shake the ground electrons. However because its untuned as soon as you reduce i/p power the o/p drops accordingly.  Tuning does NOT mean reduce mains i/p voltage or using variac or light dimmer circuit to drop the volts. Tuning means power factor correction on i/p and o/p plus chokes, HV diodes to DC, correct size for spark gap cap plus ballast and tuning L1 very carefully to L2 using Binary Cap box and adding the right value caps in all the right places till its peaked into a given load.

So there you have it that is where we are now. The good news is so far ONE person i seen now using NST and getting bulbs to light this means Don Smith approach is very real. So the "hundreds" of other that tried an NST and cant light a bulb clearly didn't do it correctly.

BTW a COP of 8-10 is not actually required. A COP of 3 is a potentially loop-able system so long as it runs cold/warm 24/7.  A stable system of just 500 watts running 24/7 that creates minimal EMI is infinitely  better then a 2kw system that melts after 10 mins use. And if you need more power you make 2 or 3!!

You preach about the flaws in this system, but at least someone replicating this has a chance of success.
What odds of success does someone have of successfully replicating the kind of transistor system you speak of even if they do a competent job?

If you had success and detailed plans to copy great, but clearly you don't.  Dissuading people from trying this Kapanadze style OU device is purely wrong unless there is a viable alternative.

By all means post suggestions people can make after they have tried the main JLN/RomeroUK design but it is important people replicate this.

BTW I have offered RomeroUK $300USD if he provides extremely detailed plans and instructions for replication, especially details of his coil, had no reply but maybe other would like to add in a dollars to twist his arm for absolute detailed disclosure for fully reliable reproductions.

Without resonance you cant tap the OU which exists in earth current as sample is current NODE.  Where RE = RF in standing node applications ALL systems of OU are the same where any type of coil cap circuit. For Kapagen OU tap is earth current which flow through the earth in abundance and 10 m tap is wavelength sample. You are only selecting like a 0.00001% sample of the wavelength but its enough to pull KW's

whats RE if RF mean radio frequency ?
what is the frequency of current that goes through earth ? would it mean that earth itself as capacitor oscilates at some low frequency ?

Current goes in opposite direction ... magnet fields of those coils are opposite ...
40 and 80 turn coil are in opposite directions :
no matter where node is magnet field are crossed... they are close together in proximity.

o you asked what to tune? do you think a random wrap of wire around a plastic pipe will be properly tuned? I doubt it so there is your starting point. Read Don Smith pdf he will give you a good head up on these systems. Voltage is everything its potential joules. Current is a POST operative effective of volts being depleted through a load creating work. BUT if i keep the volts alive without depletion they are aways there for future work.

Tuning requires L1 driver is true magnetic coupling to L2 where L1 = 1/4 wave driver and L2 is resonance amplifier. L3 is current collector of magnetic field of amplified energy about coil L2. This is WHY L3 6 turns is positioned RIGHT hand side of L2 where current is to the right volts to left and equal split is center collector. The wires maybe connected to your eyes in series but magnetically at low frequency operation are seen as separate coils.

why low turn L3 is not at the END of L2 not in the whole half of L2 ? we have ground than load than L3 than L2 its all inside strong current(node related) so we have magnet coupling L2to L3 and current induction

there could be only OU (my opinion just) of there is tapped wave between two grounds and there is voltage difference between two grounds.
How many nodes we should have here, one 1/4 wave in WHOLE wire =L1+L2 +L3 ? if so L2:L3 make current conversion  but magnet fields are crossed (currents are opposite here)

ALL in ALL I think here it has nothing to do with nodes ... frequency for that small coil not even 20-30 meter of wire for quarter wave is  more than 1,5Mhz
if you want more nodes along the coil you need even higher frequency ...

what if 1/4 wavelength means that we have maximum and pure voltage on elevated capacitance ? Then connect it to the capacitor which is grounded to Earth.
What is the current BETWEEN  two capacitors ? Is this normal current or displacement one ?
When one plate of such capacitor is actually overcharge by pure voltage positive potential what is the action of second plate grounded to Earth ?
