I read in this book that Mr Dollard consider the spark discharge as a negative resistance ! (see page 5)
That would explain why so many inventors use spark gaps ...

RE is not RF, because RF makes people sick while Tesla used RE devices to treat himself because it makes a very unique effects like cold breeze or heating air or calm down or illuminating air or pressure like stinging effects when low frequency.All that makes me more and more confident that my theory is right .That theory directly connect to the simple understanding of many issues like energetic grid around Earth.
RF may be converted to RE only breaking it a the peak of magnetic side of EM, because electric and magnetic is like two faces of the same coin, yet magnetic is not slowed down by charged particles.
Both bolt and Bruce_TPU are right and both of them are wrong in the same time.There are many ways to skin the cat yet the final effect is basically the same with small variations.
3 frequencies are only method to obtain gain because of repetition of the same harmonics - it's kind of parametric resonance to overcome resistance looses (friction) and of course they have to be choosen because of circumference of the coil and 3 frequencies intermodulation with gain being discrete and overlap only for some not all shapes and diameters.Yet bolt is right that it's a way to maximize the effect not just effect "per se"
Also in spark gap there should be ARC not spark generated and ARC is silent and looks weak, but it's not.Just check the difference between them.

I believe that ground is slowing down energetic  field around Earth which is nothing more but magnetic field but artificially manipulated by crystals placed in various places all over the planet.
All methods of OU are taking energy from that energetic field or just simply magnetic field - our all efforts should go into extracting energy using one frequency only and proper one. There would be not RF , no interference,no dirty electricity,no EM radiation when we do it. It will look like Ed Leedscalnin magnetic current and allow all those wonders and you know about it.

We see that energy coming in resonant circuits but it has never overcome looses and we see only spikes, yet please recall that it was a big deal to struggle with that energy in huge DC generators because gain is rising with the power of applied impulse thus overcoming looses.In AC systems there is already so much radiations in form of heat , light ,RF and other EM waves that we only see a big sparks when huge AC current is switched - yet the energy is still there.
If we could only stop that RF smog ...

Theory doesn't have all the answers i agree to that but i can transpose RE=RF to almost any OU circuit from Bedini to joule thief or the MEG whatever they are the same principle operation. Look at the circuit of say Dr Stiffler cold electricity thingy. What he is doing is making an RF single stage oscillator where the o/p is trashed into VSWR of ~ infinity or power factor 0 by using a large o/p inductor to force Current is now 180 degrees out of phase to voltage. This is current node 0 and RE enters the system ONLY at this juncture.

I am not familar with his work, but see this :

Its the same with the KATCHER circuit where L2 provides 180 degree feedback to L1 while L1 also provides magnetic gain.

When make tuned circuit where current is out of phase to voltage power APPEARS to be ZERO. yet volts and amps co-exists in other time frames in abundance which undergoes TRANSFORMATION. That all OU really is transformation.

BUT TC transmitter can easily have  10 million volts out of phase with 10 million amps.. how to get OU out .. bottom of coil is 10 million amps (just figure of speech) top is 10 million colts...
what about nodes.... Nodes are standing RF waves.... but what about short coils like kapagen .. node exist only if frequency is more than 1,5 Mhz ... thats only 20 meter coil ..
or HOW to get 10 million amps in phase to 10 million volts ? they do not exist in the same phase ...

Its standing waves that is all. Take a light bulb and connect to a transformer with a cap and inductor tuned to select current node 0. Bulb will light to FULL brightness and power i/p reading is ZERO. Radiant Energy powers the bulb not current. This bulb works under water

why you talk about 180 degree ?   it can be zero degree and 90 degree ... hmm quarter wave coil or transmission line resonaor  has point of maximum votlages and maximum current .. or maximum of electric and magntic fields..

How can it be RF powering the bulb the i/p power = ZERO and it works underwater. Its powered by Radiant Energy but got there using standard RF build techniques.  The conditions of ~VSWR where standing wave fully reflected or power factor is 0 allowed the current zero point to exist as continuous standing wave.  Nature doesn't like this condition and will try to fill the void and in doing so provided the energy to light the bulb.

ANYONE can do this simple bulb under water test even Dr Sitfler did it and called it Cold Electricity. Only tuning is a bitch requires critical adjustment as even the bulb warming up will change R very slightly.
