Tariel Kapanadze "paid" to mr Turk 50%  from  future profit  from his invention.
Mr Turk is brilliant Turkish  patent attorney who made so good  international patent application that no-one has an even slide chance after that  to patent anything that is even close to Tariel  patent application. However patent was never issued  -the application is valid for ever.

I have read and reread very carefully the patent but could not find anything that would inspire in me an idea of operation, also because considering that the patent was written by Turk and Kapanadze  certainly not to reveal his secret then the patent there is definitely nothing that could help an eventual reply.

simple answer:
it is not important how clear to you is Tariel  patent, but how  large area  for any future  art ,is forbidden as it falls into the descriptions of PATENT CLAIMS.
Any patent application in the future must first prove disconnection or lack of connection, with  patent application rights  of Tariel claims.
Than, it will be conformed as, eligible   for  further processing.
It is not important  that Tariel application was denied, Tariel claims are still in motion as  claims specify  nature of processes he  reserves rights to.


For simple language it would be:
- If anyone  present  device and it is  proven  to work as in  his patent application, than automatically Tariel  Kapanadze denial must be reexamined.
So your money , your effort will work for Tariel Kapanadze benefit . Or Tariel successors.


If than it is found that The same claims as you have in your patent application have been showing  that priority of art belong to  Tariel.
In such magnitude of importance  Tariel or Tariel family  will have "billion dollars" court proceeding   that   is going to cost  Tariel nothing.
Lawyers will pay to Tariel for   the chance to be his lawyer.

If I find an old patent describing a  box of any shape , giving more electric power at output then put into it on input , all other patents including Tariel ones are void ,right ? ;-)
