A "dimension" is defined by all of Science, as "a 90 degree rotation of an electron".

Not strictly - a dimension is just an independent variable.

Of course in geometric systems, 90º symbolizes that independence, e.g. as in a perpendicular motion.

BTW: Any motion is a ratio of space to time.

  We still don't even know what light is, nor how it is formed. Light is not a particle.
And "time" is an ongoing constant moment. There is only one "Time", the present, yet it hold all other times within it.
 
   So what it Light?
   Science explains it away by saying that light "travels" at the speed of light. So, it's traveling at that speed to get here, from the Sun.
  Yet, there is no light or heat between us and the Sun, once outside of the Earth's vortex field. Don't believe it, do you?
  That's ok. But, Did you check on it?  No? That's what they want,  a herd of sheep for their current and future agendas.
 
   Yet there is NO travel of light, but a polarization effect instead. Light does not come from the Sun to the Earth. As we are still being lied to, for a reason. Same reason that the NASA is lying to us, still, about most everything else, besides this one small detail.  So, if this is irrelevant to our project,  I don't think so, as there is only one cause, one thing, the invisible Aether, and everything comes from it, not just light, or electricity. Not to mention a Prime Mover" some call God. Or Creator.
By whatever name you call it, him/her. There is something behind just the physics of it. And is why meta-physics should be included and not excluded from our discussion.  Right? Meta?

   Now,  it's my unproven assumption, that the same effect of "polarization" is the cause of electricity, and current, (without movement), as well, but, in an OPEN system, instead, such as in Lightning.
However, It takes a kick-start to get it going on our devices,  from an external source, or pre-loaded capacitor.
   
   There is much more to space and time than we are led to believe. Or concerning the other "dimensions" that it can't see, or measure, as yet.  But, we need to get out of the closed "fish tank" projects, to learn and find the truth.  The cosmos is not a closed system, it's a multi-dimensional structure, all going on at the same "time".

    And yes Pix, when are the UFO coming?
   This year, fall 2016. The whole world will know that we are not alone. And that we are ready for them, finally. Without shooting or zapping them out of the skies.  Mark my words, it will not be just a coinsidense, nor another one of NickZ's wild idea. We are already being surrounded by them in our skies. But, NASA is afraid to spill the beans.  Of course... I can see why, as some of them are OURS.

The point is, that this thread is coming to 1500 pages about Kapanadze device.
And the answer is: Kapanadze is using Tesla setup.
And mystery lies in properties of capacitor.

With out a theory to explain the Kapanadze device there is no duplication...

Just as a reference to the first similar device look up the Henry Morey ..

Utah resident had a 50 kw device that used the ground principle in the 1930's to the 1970's

There is a common link to the Kapanadze unit....
