I thank the user who posted the photos of various realizations and I liked the idea that the coil was actually a capacitor, now I am imagining a possible scheme ..

Kapanadze had only simple tools, remember that.

That big copper pipe can be capacitor. One plate you see from outside.
Second plate can be end of coil under it, so they are partially connected as capacitor.
Like the coil with capacitor at the end of it and the coil is part of that capacitor.
Now we have coil - capacitor construction. We can create resonance with capacitor and inductor - coil.
Capacitor and inductor in series (resonance), but coil is also capacitor (partially)

If you charge and discharge fast that capacitor (you are charging also the whole coil which is part of capacitor), you also affect coil, which is part of capacitor, and sudden changes of capacitor (charge, discharge) field can make pumping effect on that coil, because coil is partially that capacitor too. (one end of it).

Also, field of that capacitor can influence how potential is distributed in that coil with its field. Capacitor is placed on one side of whole coil. Its field does not affect equally near side of coil and far side of coil which can develop potential difference in coil, because coil is part of capacitor. This can be important!
It is like he pulls charges to one end of coil with capacitor and with discharge of capacitor he release that pulling, attraction, leaving the coil with potential difference. On capacitor end of coil you have more charges than on the other end of that coil. Could be that simple?
Maybe is that capacitor just pumping device?

This is all speculation, so, it does not have to be!

In resonant circuit, capacitor-inductor, every time when you take energy from inductor or even part of it, you destroy resonance.
Maybe it is connected this way and Kapanadze it taking energy of resonance from capacitor, and not destroying resonance of capacitor coil (inductor).
Something simple.

This is just my opinion from observations of that video, and it can be dead end, so don't take my words for it.
I post this picture where two windings are clamped together. That is one end of capacitor.
You don't clamp together windings , if it is a coil? Don't you?
On other end you can see wire inside pipe.

Does Kapanadze to know about muons ? He can, he does not. !

Wait, do not rush to conclusions. I also have big doubts that the use of muons and pions for energy is real.

But! In the country where Kapanadze lives, in Soviet times there was a scientific research institute for the study of cosmic particles. This was so because high in the mountains of the Caucasus, on Elbrus, the Earth's atmosphere less absorbs cosmic particles.

The book mentions that he had friends by the last name Kapanadze, although it may be a coincidence. Last name common in Georgia.

Sergh,  I think and believe that during the Sovjet-Union in the several Estates and Republics have been sufficient serious scientists with extraordinary R&D- results !
The Stockholm-Yury from a foundation seems to think as same and prized several of them in different categories.

We have to get science results  to mass fabrication !
