Besides, forget that stupid spark gap. There is not the slightest evidence that a spark ever can produce excess energy. In fact it wastes energy due to radiation.

This is the latest information found on the Internet about Tariel Kapanadze.
In 2016, Tariel was assisted, probably by volunteer Alik, in the creation of a powerful 50 kW generator.

So, a 15 kW engine must rotate an extremely high pressure hydraulic pump (up to 400 atmospheres) in order to somehow get 50 kW of electrical power.
It is logical to assume the need for an additional  motor and generator.

He brought a diagram of the mechanical version.
There is a charging pump and a hydraulic motor.
According to the hydraulic symbols, the pump rotates in one direction, the motor can rotate in two directions.
Probably the main concept is to create cycles of compression and rarefaction in the water+.. .
It can be assumed that the hydraulic motor in the previous installation is connected to one flywheel, the hydraulic pump to another.
