Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

http://depositfiles.com/files/vimon0ifbBut you probably don't know that Atsyukovsky wrote quite scientific books for himself in the 60s. :)
- need to know the history to better understand
What , how , and why Atsyukovsky wrote!!!!!

life expectancy- lifespan- the average statistical length of life for average Russian
in 1950 was 54 years.
in 1960 was 66 years.
https://www.macrotrends.net/countries/RUS/russia/life-expectancy
but that was true only if you look at UPPER graph not at annual decline.
https://www.quora.com/What-was-it-like-to-live-in-Russia-during-1980s-and-1990s
This is how  a Russian public toilet looks like today at most of the places in Russian regions.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7kySzXIWf-4

So here we take the average 54+6 it will be the average for both women and men in Russia
while Russian male was usually  dying at age of 50.

education

RUSSIAN SYSTEM OF  EDUCATION AND INTEGRATION  of those fresh from school WAS ONE OF THE BEST OR THE BEST IN THE WORLD .
Education was for free, were every child was obligated to attend classes with gymnastic, painting, sculpture, music, art, poetry,
and all science from age of six even if officially it was at age seven .
You might think, that Soviet Union was the smartest the best educated nation in the world?
Well nothing more misleading than that.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Education_in_the_Soviet_Union

multidirectional- omnidirectional education creating omnibuses started strong in 1945.
Soviets were in need to have population so universally prepared, that they can kill
more of them due to political reasons or  to keep them in fear so they obey rules.
and quickly find a replacement for anyone at any profession
with no much problems. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NKVD_troika
THE UNIVERSALLY EDUCATED "SPARE PARTS" -

Soviets quickly invented labor in prison or gulag as a new form of slavery:
e.g Creator of Russian rockets and father of Russian spacecraft and the first flight
in space:
Sergei Pavlovich Korolev (Ukrainian.)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sergei_Korolev
-was working in imprisonment  as a slave in Soviet Russia , suffering ...
so yes he could go to work and build first Russian rockets and make possible first flight in space.

aging

Mammals  cat, dog, human:

Cat lifespan is in average 18 years.
Where cat Aging is the progressive accumulation of changes with time that are associated
with or responsible for the ever-increasing susceptibility to disease and death which accompanies advancing age
comparing to dogs 12 years lifespan.

I'm not sure if it's ethically right to speculate
that if typical Russian man in the 1960s died at age 50 he had to be already old in age of 45
like a 12 years old cat,
and eight years old dog
or 90 years old American of today.

The truth is that , retirement age of typical Russian was 55 years and most of them didn't last long enough to become retirees.
Mental ability of many of those Russians quickly deteriorated, due to different factors.

If we were looking for any  other  explanation why Russian-Soviets died at average age ~50  - it could be Stalin Terror:Most other estimates from reputed scholars and historians tend to range from between 20 and 60 million.
QuoteIn his book, "Unnatural Deaths in the U.S.S.R.: 1928-1954," I.G. Dyadkin estimated that the USSR suffered 56 to 62 million "unnatural deaths" during that period, with 34 to 49 million directly linked to Stalin.

Atsyukovsky  writing

Science, school, was controlled by Russian propaganda and mechanism of terror.
Access to modern science was limited to many Russians often  frozen 20 years behind the Western world.
So many of Russian scientists although very well educated in physics were still and often not at the level
of Western word achievement characteristic to that particular modern timeframe .

In my understanding it is possible that  in 1960s Atsyukovsky was extremely good
in the science of 1920s  that  was in frozen form with the axioms that were the base of that outdated
physics models than. His entire career in Russia was based on it.
The more he was in the communist regime structure the less he was criticized.
It is very much unethical, to say that Atsyukovsky  brain ability deteriorated due to
natural aging in Russia were in 1960 average Russian men died in age of ~50
And most of Atsyukovsky books were written in 1960 .

As of today ether, overunity, and plenty of Atsyukovsky "rythmodynamika "
is seen as a complete nonsense, by many of scientists even in today's Russia.

Opinion expressed is entirely my own.

I just have received  opinion from Russia about V. Atsyukovsky.
He was in the area where he didn't interfere  to much with others.
The opinion expressed says that  with time nobody wanted to touch  his
revelation and area he was at. He had "crysha"( he had strong "roof") means he was under protection of
the "strong and powerful."( KGB, and so on)
From that point  it was not important  what he says, and how much  physics disagree with  it.
In the simple language, it looks like - you have rights to all of the nonsense and every sense you can see in that nonsense
looks, good because you are  recognized scientist  by Russian Academy of Science.
Your source of income can be in Soviet Russia now:
- accepting, pushing, tunneling,  students, graduates, postgraduates, having "significant money" or "contacts"  to higher   position or degree even if some of them
never  attended any education in given facility and existed only on paper.
Entire history of education  of such individuals was created on demand in such a form as if "he/she" was one  of most active students there.

opinion expressed is my own

Sergh

Not only Russians.
Here is a link to a project that looks similar to Kapanadze's:

Bill Mee. Cavitation Energy Systems Technical Presentation:

4 Impact Chambers Running V-2 Steam Engine:

Superheated Steam Without a Boiler:

Just add magnets and coils. It would probably look like Kapanadze coils.

Is it only me having an impression that to became "famous" and get public in a "free energy" topic novadays one needs to fulfill only two conditions:
1. Have a "russian"- kind-of name
2. Present  bizarre schematic including coils and capacitors messed up in some exotic manner
?? ::)

Cheers,

So I don't justify him. His latest works, in particular this book. Although at first it seemed interesting.
About how the energy of a vortex increases with a decrease in diameter. That's why I decided to ask.
p.s.
But how he performed on the piano in his 85s. At one seminar, a few years ago, when it ended.
He has charmed all young women, which were there .and not only them, perhaps. :)
