Hello Gabydewilde, nice to hear from you.  You really should have posted under your real name here but, I can see why you would not want to. Did you not know IP addresses can be traced?  Well, I guess you do now.  How are things over there in Holland these days?

This is from a part of the lecture after he has described these things, and he  is on to working to create light.
The low voltage very high frequency sparks are very numerous therefore the whole thing must be submerged in oil or the potential is lost to the air. This could account for the buzzing sound as the many tiny sparks erupt from the top.
