The cold reasoning for me is to say that observations and experimental results are the fundation of our theoritical knowledge. If the theory says OU is impossible and observations show it is real, theory has to be revised.
We can only say that if Kapanadze is right, his device opposes (apparently) the laws of physics thus we have to verify and reverify because it is extraordinary.

The key point is: what are the facts, what say the facts?
We have to check the facts (does Kapanadze's device produce more than it consumes?) and only after verifying it works, we can say there is something new to theorize.

Even if we consider that where there is smoke, there is a fire, we have always to be sure there is real smoke. The past showed us that there are also possible frauds or misinterpretations: not smoke but vapor or pure illusion. The today facts concerning the Kapanadze's device are only: a patent with black boxes and a unclear video.

Thank you, yes I was playing with power amplifiers and HF HV Tesla stuff replication some years ago but somehow I burn them at the end never mind I will fix something afterwards. (@exnihiloest, nice, and easy to replace parts, thanks)

So, small progression today, I was managed to light bulb today only by induction and two ground connection via battery, inverter and NST. One ground from battery â€" (minus), other from coil (same like Admin .ru in his first youtube) through load (75W) lamp, no OU.. but peculiar ting happened ..  I suddenly managed get over brightness and burn lamp out adjusting spark gap, input did not change (30-40W). I was simply stunned. Of course, immediately I connected 4-5 of them, but I could not produce same effect neither with one again . So I start to adjusting, and that was the worst thing I should do, ending with question what I did first, f…, I'll post youtube, need more time what I absolutely do not have.

End finally, I see now, Kapanadze definitely use 2 ground connections, but not in the way we do, I will test this and post results if there will be some.
