1. Does the HV canceled el. magnetic force according to Lenz's law
2. Does the HV strengthens el. magnetic force by the principle of parametric-amplifier (HV make HI magnetic force, like 9V battery in your recommend site)?

I'm not atomic physicist. but it is something like nuclear reaction without radiation and other factors, energy and process are SuperClear.

anyway changing a medium is the new way of physics:
i like to dare a prediction whats happens after 2012 and whatever it comes out.
it turns physics in new level, like "Restarting The System" mainstream media turns from politic news to invention news. (i just have deep esoteric background, this is how i see this)
