Try this setup.

When you hit frequency, the lamp will shine several times stronger. Input current and voltage does not change.

This regarding HV/HF coil (which is wrapped right on ferrite rings, 33 turns maybe):
HVolt has this function: It blocks the outer coil. No electromagnetism possible with outer coil as long as HV/HF active.
HFreq has this function: It makes supermagnet. Must tune to find right frequency.



Now regarding the outer bifilar coil (14 turns each) with 2 transistors and the extended short coil (8 turns) from middle of transistors via 35V 2700uF cap.

Processes: Peak of wave from High frequency are divided in two half waves by emitter follower.

What for ? What is the idea behind it if done so ? Can somebody explain why we need this... (Maybe i answered myself at end of this text.)

Is the same output of 555 timer used and shared to create a wave for these transistos AND for the HV coil ?
Remember, it was said to be 21..35 KHz.

Tariel work with magnetic fields too but in little bit different way as SR, yes he use tesla coil, but bifilar - but i do not want to get there too deep - specialy on Tariel device.

We need to explore this to have more power output. Not now, later, once we replicated SR design here.

Ferrite represents as "Black Matter" or "Dead magnetic field" - now think what you can do with it..

The output coil (said to be bifilar coil, looped both ways to eleiminate melting or so) placed into ferrite hole.

How do you create electricity in real life ? With generator. You need to turn axis holding bobbins inside a fixated magnet.
Magnet, coil, pulsation/rotation => electricity (moving electrons).

What this SR degign probably do is the same.
You create magnetism / no magnetism with switch off/on the HV coil.
The low voltage bifilar coils are needed to greate a electromagnet using ferrite coil.
Both use same frequency,  using the 2 transistos.
This magnetic pulsation (same as turning axis in generator) gives the cycles (speed of axis) to generate electricity on output coil.
Moving/pulsating magnetic field, coil => electricity

The OU come from supermagnet created with HV/HF.

Is this so, cosmo ? Is the mystery solved in theory? (i must know what i'm doing in my head, only then i can feel to go built it.)

I stated on this thread that 'Words are the worst form of communication'. Your statement below confuses me, take a good look at it.

My question is:

'If the HV/HF being active removes electromagnetism then how does HFreq make super magnet if at the same time it removes electromagnetism'?


On the topic of 'Dead magnetic field'. Here is another phrase that is up to interpretation.

Examples:
Does dead mean static?
Does dead mean no true 'N' or 'S' pole?
Does dead mean 'not doing electrical work'?

Does a magnet on your refrigerator represent a 'dead' magnetic field? If so how does it stay there if its dead? If its not doing any work how is it dead?
Does dead imply that the poles are not shifting or oscillating? If so can I make a 'DC' magnet and would that be a dead magnet? 
Two like poles facing each other create a 'Dead zone' no magnetic field, is that what the author implied?

Oh and one more 'Can a strong Electric field be misinterpreted as a Dead magnetic field'? 

You can go 'on and on' here. The term 'Dead magnetic field' is not Cosmo's words they belong to SR193. It's part of the script.
