4.2uH or 4.2mH ? and value of resistance are also right?
In normal case I would said, that batery is delivering very strong current, but with that resistance it is not possible.
And one more thing, the "lincoln copper rod" Probably I do not see it before , what exactly it is? just copper pipe?

My friends experimenters.
If you permit me I would like to introduce one of my experiments that is absolutely stunning. I mean it in most explicit term. This experiment is absolutely deadly so pay attention where your fingers are if you decide to replicate. I am at it for some time and need some assistance to get my reed switch replaced with the solid state ASP. The first time I started the apparatus I used regular reed switch and it lasted two firings. I got some more from EBay and it was destroyed in a pif. Finally I got some strong one that can handle 10.000V and with it worked perfectly .  The parts used are of the shelf nothing special. Coils are disassembled solenoid, magnets are from old microway Magnetron unit taken apart. The ferrite coils are power supply filters and Lincoln rods are from local welding supplier. Most fascinating thing is as you can see from the videos that as I pas the magnet over reed switch the output is generated only upon taking the magnet away not in introducing it to the switch. Power generated is in exes of the thousand volts and probably more because touching it you are destined to kiss the ground. I say probably more because it is impossible to use DMM it flies like nuts and is useless. In couple of passes I charge caps banks and light regular 40W neon power saver perfectly. Four footer Neon lights easily. In conclusion all I can say I played long enough with this little thing to know what it can do. I am certain power out exceeds input. I know what you are going to say here we go again. Well all can say in my defense, ask yourself what voltage is necessary to bridge such a gap and spark and you have it all. Experiment and try before asking questions or condemning it. Look at the bright side it is all in front of you. Do what you want. I have been on the boards long enough and spent countless hours in mu shop working and experimenting. To be so simple is a slap in the face. So one more who cares. From me to you.

All you have there is a little less than a bedini setup (but even less) because at least with bedini, the switching of the reed switch is inline with the magnet wheel and automated.  You are simply facilitating the action with your hand. 
Guestimating with your minds eye by way of flourescant tube or how far a spark jumps is no measure of real power.  You are simply generating high voltages at low amps by way of collapsing  magnetic field.  You can make a battery charger with it or cold cathode light generator but you have no amplification of workable energy to run inductive loads.

Already been done...do research and save yourself the bench time.

My dear friend if you built Bedini you would definitely know this is nothing related to it. I spent many years experimenting with it and the most I got is 96% efficient runner. No sparks there I assure you. No matter how long you run it eventually you end up with empty battery. My ignition coil can’t do what this simple thing does. Build it and then come to comment on it.

@IWD I think it is more in Charles Flynn area of investigation. The Lincoln rods are regular welding rods used in metal fabrication welding. All shops where welding is done have it. I got my new Honeytec meter and measured again the coils are 23mH. Sorry about that. I don’t think it is relevant, any solenoid coil would doo. I think the reed switch is key to operation because of the sharp gradient of the closing. I think as the sharp pulls is introduced to the coils it dissipates internal field to the extremities. When the pulls stops the magnetic field returns with extra strength creating supercharged electric charge in the coils. I think this is most interesting aspect and by my humble opinion deserves more investigation.
I know this may be of the topic so I apologies in advance. I figured perhaps we could stay occupied until Cosmo decide to give us his final blessing. LOL..
