Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

It is totally unclear under which circumstances the papers that discuss permeatability alterations of ferrite materias is accomplished and by what methodology.

Agreed. Some seem to be talking about dielectric changes, not permeability changes, with ferroelectric stresses. Although there are some that do talk about electrically controlling permeability. It is certainly not clear however.

After playing pretty extensively with the capacitive plates and trying to see changes, I am not at all convinced that it will change inductance. The only time I have ever seen parameter change in ferrite is with a spark discharge of a coil wrapped around it. <sigh>

In what setup you have seen exactly parameter change in ferrite properties?
Description, methodology photos-videos?

A simple hairpin type setup. High voltage transformer, spark gap parallel to transformer, cap and ferrite inductor in series with transformer. With sufficiently large spark, you get this waveform. Usually takes 20-40us for frequency to stabilize back to initial resonant frequency.
