I have a good practice of HF circuits. I must point out that a frequency of 60/70 Khz is not compatible with the value of the external coil (this one having 6 turns). It is by far too low. We cannot expect for a correct coupling at this frequency.
1 Mhz is for me the lower possible limit of the frequency range for the functioning of the TK's external coil with an efficient coupling for transfer of power and for the possibility to tune it at a resonant frequency.
For the rest about the principle of HF current with a 50 hz modulation, this point was already mentioned several times since last year and I agree.

   The noted resonance frequency is referred to the energy transfer of the secondary (internal) bifilar coil:
"...the energy transfer occurs in phase with the resonant vibrations of the secondary coil 60 ... 70 kHz"
   The length of the internal bifilar coil is not precisely known but it is possible it can oscillate around that frequency range considering the length of the core, core material and approx. number windings/estimated coil inductance.

  The big output coil picks up 2 sets of oscillations: the "resulting auto resonant" wave that powers the load (we can call it resonating RX/TX setup as explained before through which the secondary energy source is accessed) which is subsequently modulated at 50Hz intervals (PWM on/off) to be able to be correctly read by the clamp ammeter. So the big output is reiceiving a train of HF waves: the primary oscillator is switched on and off at 50Hz to satisfy the clamp meter (which integrates the 50Hz apparent square output wave and gives a reading). This was a quick and dirty way of "cutting the corners" - but functional for a demo.

Could we for a moment consider another option : low voltage high frequency from OU device and current taken from any grounded or big metal (electrons accumulated by Earth rotation via Sun and stars currents aka ambient source) ?
Can high frequency across load imitate high voltage ?
