Can you somehow say where or what  was the fail of Mr. Tiger from "001-lab" ?
HV ,Low voltage, coils, synchronization whatever ?

do you think that this device rather "sucks" EM energy or radiate it ?

Unfortunately I am not able read russian language, So...did somebody read these values in the russian forum?
My experiments show me that this is not about a specific frequency, read my experiments posted here, i have a solid proof that this "kapanadze device can work with any frequency"  but much much more efficient in higher frequencies,   

when i have disconnected circuit from the source the lamp were still lit, and i have tried to turn frequency up and down and the effect were not lost, it were just dimmed with frequency adjustment,  -   when i moved my coils that was the time when my effect stopped working, and now i could not make it no more,
i tried plenty of times but nothing,     
what does this experiment tells us?   please at least look into this, i dont understand what happened that time,  but one thing is for sure, i had the leads in my hand connected to Nothing and the previous output i measured out of the freq gen is 0.4 volts,    and the lamp was as bright as when  freq gen leads connected,   and brightness did not deteriorate over distance,  so what is this?? tell me,   im trying to figure out what happened for ages now,  noone seems to care?  or somebody draws attention away from here?
