Do we know for certain that the French patent holders know for sure that was the source of the extra energy? Or is it possible that was the explanation given to satisfy a skeptical patent office, and the real source was ambient?

dont be 100%,  you dont know what principle it relies on and we dont even know if even SR has a working device,  i dont want to be a party troubler,  but dont give your lives to a video,  if you dont have a working device in front of you, do not be too sure of things what you say,   experimentation is the best thing to do,

Hop on my friend were on the same boat... The way I see it.. The trick is how you burn those ferrite rings, align those particles and capture, then store it and then discharge.. at least we have a strong theory around here.. now there is a material that is more suitable for burning.. The same material used by tesla in his car..

It should work, I proved it for myself in small quantity (no OU) just by using Avramenko plug which made potential difference between ground and second capacitor plate.

There is no real "one wire transmission": the circuit is always looped through capacities between plate and ground and thus it obeys Kirchhoff's laws. I checked it myself with measurements. When current from a "one wire transmission" is used to power for example a resistance, the current at the primary source is drawn for the same amount of energy.

Every thing is a "reservoir of charges", question of atomic structure, not only the earth. In only 65g of Cu, there is 6.023*10²³ free electrons. If we could move them all in one second, we would get a current of 6.023*10²³ * 1.6 * 10^-19 = 96000A!
But in order charges to move, there must be a potential difference either scalar (Coulomb potential) or vectorial (vector potential). If we have no such difference, there is no cause for the electrons to move. And for creating this difference we need energy, that's the problem, which needs new ideas.
A "reservoir" of charges is for electricity as a "reservoir" of masses for gravity i.e a certain quantity of weighting things: the energy depends only on their potential, electric for the first ones, gravitational for the seconds. A "reservoir" of charges alone is not the point, we have them already everywhere.
