Well, I don't know.  I've had some experience that I saw other people had on the 'Web that I didn't have.  If I brought this to someone's attention in authority , it usually cleared up, sooner or later.  It hasn't happen lately to me, so I can't prove it.  Sorry, I wish I could be more helpful.

Is it a regional problem where you live?  Is a Member or someone else you know having this problem?  Living near where you are?

Sometime these problems I saw near me only happened to that person specifically.  Really.  I know of a computer at the Veteran's clinic in downtown San Francisco that has a persistent virus which defies eradication.  That's out of three computers in the room.  The others are fine.

My point is:  As a former professional computer technician, I've seen an increase in specific instances of people being affected by computer problems that didn't affect either me or others around me.  What's doing it?  I'm not trained on specifically up-to-date computer security conventions or their application(s).  So, I'm not sure.
But, the hacker's attack on professional banks and some political 'Web sites in retaliation for WikiLeak's disclosures may be one source as a class of originating problems?
Maybe.  I just borrow computers an hope for the best.  Without money to spend on anything better, it's all I can do.
