There are "comments" standing about the fact that TK was very upset with his approach to commercialize his invention.There was use of strong words and strong comments some of them I have put in close capture form of additional explanation .In one instance I stated that I will not  put accurate wording to describe it.

One of situation was pointing  of  experiments  provided at Island at the coast where after four hours of "work" ( I understand of successfully delivered action)
............. he was told to stop it for the next day or Quote"there will be problems",
and he should  immediately get people to protect himself as he is at point of danger.I also understand that it might be attempt to alter/and/or get into  possession of TK secrets by having longer access to technology unguarded till the very next day. TK rejected that request.

You made your interpretation ... hm, I do understand some things bit differently.
About ferrites and "in flame softened iron" Kapa does not speak as precise as you do like long lecture.
In many places this "Skype reporter" puts the words in to Kapanadze mouth, hoping to get wished-for reply  -  Kapa does just nondescript hum and haw.
Kapa can speak much better Russian,  he does it very messy when someone does press out detailed info, there are explainable reasons

(messy place) ... " then I asked them - Why we need to go to Mediterranean Sea when there is Sea and seaside as well " ... " there all these misunderstandings did begin" ... "they said I did not get promised 50 kw ..." .. . " after that they started to besmirch and to badmouth me ..."

There is not any word about bodyguard or about any dangers to Kapa´s security. 
These problems with coast guard (BEREGOVAJA OHRANA) - was not real coast guard -    the place where they did these experiments was private area, this isle, then private beach, everywhere private properties and security-men, when seen this strange gang with lot of boxes and wires -  told them to get away -  buzz off!

This is my interpretation about.

Kapanadze device is not Tesla transformer because as Kapa said when Tesla took energy from envinronment he didn't used transformer. That was "power coil" (extra coil). White spark in spark gap of green box device is not from green box  Tariel only found a way to send power to "power coil" which works then probably as disconnected resonator along with attached resistive load.

That is what I  comprehend from Kapanadze words.

Wesley: Yes My lecture was addition to original sound track ,and It was my addition .
I was trying to explain to people not such technically high as you what is the major  difference between those two.( At first I was not using term " flame softened iron"  but  "flame threated iron")
Ferrite does not stand for its softens but for its "particle insulation property"
Ferrite of year 1857 was bunch of wires from soft iron and small diameter  flame  and water exposed to develop oxidation/rust  than  wires  are twisted together and  used the same  way as we use todays ferrite.

There was clear statement- proposition from TK  stending for:
1. "we always will talk- be in contact-have good periodic communication
2. we should  see each other-get together- work together- for the purpose to have business connection , join forces.It is clear for me That TK counts on this contact as possible opportunity.

khabe please explain what  word  svolotch means? but with respect to the situation as the structure of Russian is very much expressional. That means you can use words  dedicated to area of music music, or cooking .......................and another Russian will perfectly understand you but you talking  space travel only......and than you use the same words but differently applied to talk about electricity.
I was capable of catch this "folkloric taste" of Russian language to the great extend.

With  whom?
What Russian wording was used for "coast guard"?
What wording was used for" possible use of personal protection of  Kapanadze"
Who the guards  work for?
If there  is private area and we assume that he was authorized to make this experiment that means owner of that area has gave him permit to be there legally.At that point I do not understand comment  about "problems"
If it is USA but not Russia I can have hundreds of guys with boxes in my private property...This is" MY private property" and police officer should gently ask me for permission to be there.
