  Would it be fair to say that there are disturbances (electrical) in the earth or air that happen all the time? To clarify Tesla's transmitters created electrical disturbances, do these disturbances happen naturally and are all around use?

It is a total bullshit from the Hungarian junk magazine so called "UFO magazine" There were several diagrams in the past years about Moray's device ,etc. The author is nobody. The writings claims total stupid things like: 1cm thick fluid Hg and Ar, Ne and Fe and/or Tungsten cathode in a glass tube, everything is mixed, BUT NOTHING about parameters, coils, sizes, and the most important: WHERE THE EXTRA ENERGY COME FROM? Unfortunately I can say it is just an another bullshit, sorry guys.
