I am dealing with HVAC systems on daily basis.A heat pump is "overunity" device :-).It takes a heat from ambient air.Typically for 1kW of electric energy heat pump gives over 3kW of heat.It is kind of device that converts large amount of low temperature heat into smaller amount of high temperature energy.As you said, it takes less energy to compress and liquify refrigerant - than energy that refrigerant sucks from ambient air when it is changing state from liquid to gas ( expanding).It is general law of entrophy, when matter is changing its state from more organized to less organized ( from liquid to gas).Organized state has "higher" energy level, chaotic state of matter has "lower" energy.I was always wondering if that refrigeration phenomena applies to electron "gas", what happens when we change state of elecrons in the circuit from more organized to less organized?Let's say-when electrons jumps from conductor to break at spark gap or vacuum tube.Electrons movement and speed  is different in the conductor and in the vacuum.In th vacuum electrons are ballistic, speed is much greater and movement is more directed.Does that phase change effects energy level?There is a mass difference of electrons related to their speed.

The only thing I like to do after reading past issues, is to translate some rows from post of Ð'ладимир he wrote about "wonder-trafo" of tiger2007 :

Of course after this talk out he is getting very strongly creamed in this forum 
But ... opponents have no cogent arguments, just blah and hooey about something garbled, about they have not even smallest idea about 

Thats because I do not believe before I have seen with my own eyes at least one really working OU device.
Kapanadze? Perhaps yes, but I have not seen it, and like always just hazy videos, talking and messy bullshit from hundreds of "polymaths".
And like rule - monthly one "SOLVED!",  "Successfully replicated!" ... and then quiescence 
These kind "proofed" like tiger2007 and hundred similar ... no way, not for me, this is untaught howdy-howdy.
you can add hose and noble-gases ... you can add waterwheel, garden pump and even washing machine - what ever you like - it does not matter,
Hundred years people have built radios, what ever electronic devices where used trafos, ferrites, coils, capacitors ... people have made million mistakes, burned of tons of transformers and etc ... and none got by chance any transformer to self run  ... still  not any radio wont work without batteries 
One thing you always fend off is CORRECT MEASUREMENTS - just mentioned about and ... whole talking goes promptly to another theme.

@Khabe . I hate to admit it but you speak the truth .I am certainly no genius , and have only a basic education , but for many years I made a living repairing washing machines , and I hold an Amateur radio license , so I must know a bit . There is still a lot not known about magnetism and electricity . But when people start talking about pyramids , dowsing , and Faith Based mathematics , I switch off . On this forum , hopefully we deal with science , not Flim Flam , woo woo , or pseudo religion [ is there any other kind?] When people claim dowsing abilities , why haven't they taken James Randis million dollars , or dowsed the lottery numbers . OK people should be allowed to believe what they want , but not confuse it with science.
