Yeah,I have built crude device but it doesn't work at all  I have a lot of such devices around 
The problem is that I have to use ordinary parts and cannot afford to waste even a wire, yet I used ferrite core and wound a conical coil on it with HV sleeve and it took me 3 days because I had to slip ordinary enameled wire into a HV sleeve polypropylene based I bought years ago when there was no crisis he he.
You see the point ? Without clear understanding and deeply discussed schematic we are wasting time.

Excuse me but I have an idea 

Is any grounding valuable ? What if only a deep ground or iron metal is good ? What if copper ground or tube is not good ? May it be related to iron having additional electrons pair ?
If somebody is in contact with teofillus then ask him if he saw Kapanadze device with just a thick copper wire as a ground.

Yep - And that is what you see a motor that is not being used in that video by the lake and the inverter with the caps sitting 30 feet off to the left also not being used.

It can run a resistive load like light bulbs but if you want inductive load, you have to charge caps. That is what was seen in the big gray cabinet in the 100KW demo. The big motor it ran was to the left of that.

I submit the following information and schedule is based on conversations with (guess who ).... with Gia
1. Primary circuit is a high - over 100KHts.
2. Primary circuit is a capacitor, inductor and HF iskrishte.
3. Tarry Kapanadze accidentally discovered the effect of increasing the energy output when repeating the experiments of Nikola Tesla energy transport in a conductor (and wireless).
4. The secondary output coil is bifilar coil Teslova from which one part is used as a closed magnetic circuit (most likely a resonant capacitor) and the other is loading. It is also grounded at one end of the load.
5. Do not use magnetic. Magnetic prevent the receipt of free energy.
6. When the generator with the green box above the high-voltage spark 100KHts (discharge) takes place inside the green box. Nanshnata spark (discharge) is 50Hts and is set for output frequency of the generator. 50Hts. spark fight over the primary coil thick (5-6 turns).

Are you 100% sure about this? That wiring diagram with the 'closed' bifilar is from CosmoLV. The bifilar winding closest to ground goes inside the ferrite rings. That's not TK I believe its SR.
