"I will be quite explicit on the subject of my magnifying transformer so that it will be clearly understood. In a more restricted meaning, this wireless transmitter is one in which the Hertzwave radiation is an entirely negligible quantity as compared with the whole energy, under which condition the damping factor is extremely small and an enormous charge is stored in the elevated capacity. Such a circuit may then be excited with impulses of any kind, even of low frequency and it will yield sinusoidal and continuous oscillations like those of an ^alternator. Taken in the narrowest significance of the term, however, it is a resonant transformer which, besides possessing these qualities, is accurately proportioned to fit the globe and its electrical constants and properties, by virtue of which design it becomes highly efficient and effective in the wireless transmission of energy.:

   Several "pages" have passed (again) and the direction is again inconclusive. I'd like to state a few facts for the last time, for who's head might still be "spinning":

- Tariel did not exclude the use of ferrite though a lot of people say he did. Don't be mislead. To be more precise, he said that the concept works anyhow - keep this in mind.
- The amount of power extracted is proportional to the "impulses" per second. He mentioned he was using "one million" per second. Some have incorrectly attributed this to the operational frequency of the coil, which is much lower, most probably a lower harmonic which is compatible with the dimensions.
- 1/4 Wave resonance (standing wave) on the HV coil. Look at delamorto's (and others) experiments with the "led detector". After every "spark", the coil will naturally "ring" but as one end is tied to ground (TC) the standing wave will not correctly appear unless the coil has the appropriate inductance. This is the TC part that was referred to and is evident in the larger 3 phase Turkish setup.
- Bifilar or not bifilar. It doesn't matter, Tariel said it will work anyhow. This means that the key of operation is not tied to the type of winding (which is used only to trigger the phenomenon) but more to what he said: "Resonance in resonance". I see no point of him lieing here.
- Resonance in the resonance: 2 resonating frequencies, one encompassing the other. This implies a higher and a lower harmonic.
- Ground or no ground. It depends on the setup. A single phase system needs a reference (Neutral or ground). A poliphase system may create it's own.

   An additional note: while theorizing helps, without the correct basics and assumptions it is rendered useless. Also, if the device really works, it works whether one understands it or not.
