Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

@Quark,

Interesting point about the perpendicular coil.

I posted this on Jan 13/2011

Where has DOLE gone.

Did any one else notice that in his last youtube ( user name is xdole ), he had his kapa coil sitting
perpendicular to a coil that appears to be his "collector", I wonder if that is what is hidden in kapa's green box.

Just a thought.

Regards, Penno

For those interested
The 470uF caps determine the amount of current entering (+ delta T) the coil, not the oscillation frequency. The SR modulation circuit is actually not a proper one, as the caps will be overworked and overheated. Nevertheless I had some time and replicated it (did not use darlington transistor as stated but used a matching high power couple). The PNP transistor used by SR is not the one indicated in that schematic btw. I used 5 smaller ferrite rings as that's what I had available and I used enameled copper wire for the winding. I will try to replicate using larger ferrites (40mm). Changing the 470uF caps really doesn't change the brightness of the lamp (not lit at all, just a mere orange glow in my case), it just increases current consumption probably due to the fact that operation frequency (field rate of change) is too low. In fact, increasing it to 200Hz gets the lamp to light properly even if far for from brightness (12V 1Watt lamp). Ground or not ground made no difference (for now). HV source is an electronic ignition system from a gasoline 50CC model engine rated in excess of 30KV (arcs over 1.5 cm). Trigger is in sync with the modulation circuit.
Scope shot is taken across mod coil. As you can see, most of the time, nothing happens which explains the meagre output (except by increasing the frequency).
This of course doesn't mean much as it is an incomplete replica. However, it shows that the modulation circuit works and the values are more or less correct. The HV section is different as I tried a different approach.
Testing with a small led attached to a 10 turn coil shows a 1/4 wave on the core with just the HV trigger, lowest potential on grounded side.
Operating parameters:
input: 15V with about 1 Amp absorption @ 50Hz; rises to 2.6Amps @ 200Hz

Note: direct output of more "recent" TV flybacks is DC. The diodes are integrated in the mould where the focus pot is. Most russians still locate unrectified and unsealed flyback coils (older) as the tripler diodes and caps are external and in a seperate mould with focus pot (usually such coils yield 10KV nominal, the output is then triplicated with a voltage multiplier and becomes DC) which is not used. Keep this in mind as apparently TK and SR used such a flyback (there is a picture of SR's one and it is the TVC110 model without tripler).

Iceweller,

We have similar results and I am rebuilding my core so that I have that extension on the end. I'm not sure what equates to some some backing iron on the end will do, but I am going to find out.

Another thing is I used Amidon iron powder toroids 1" blue and that is not the same as ferrite and the Russians always say ferrite.

Then lastly, how are you timing your modulation pulse? It is my understanding the trigger for the transistors comes from a hex inverter. That long document in Russian I cited a few pages back may have a clue but you can see how it was important to produce very short spikes to produce what Meyer called electron bounce phenomena.

Stan Meyer used a similar process and he figured out a trick to produce 4ns pulses. Are you familiar with the method he used?

"That short quick pulses really does it huh" - Stan Meyer at one of his lectures

I suspect this is the trick necessary to replace the spark gap but I think that modulation pulse needs to be synced to the spark gap.

Look at the photo I posted. See that smaller white wire wrapped around the pvc pipe? That is most likely his sense coil to trigger the flyback.

Just some thoughts.

The term 'Disruptive Discharge' is misleading and incorrect.

That picture also looks as if the copper rod is a mass of smaller wires.

Mags

Poor mans copper rod I suspect. He mentioned in the video that it was a multi conductor telephone cable.

His replication is so accurate he even made it good and messy.

The parts I find interesting are that I don't see the primary wires which I assume is a much smaller gauge and that end that sticks out. Could be a copper ring on the inside to give some compression or more winding space if needed to tune to ferro frequency.
