Herg   Im hearing ya.     Question, can a diode be used to make the spark unidirectional?
Or do we need magnetic quench gap, Rotary?  Was just wondering, lets say the coil being discharged into being of higher inductance, the diode may not see much current. And is there a minimal voltage needed to get it rolling?  Enough for a spark?  ;]

I feel gotoluc demonstrates part of the Kapanadze coil in this video where he shows how placing a magnet in proximity to a RESONANT coil, it goes into negative resistance. (Magnecoaster)

I went and bought some ferrite ring magnets from radio shack and they have a much more square edge. Just for fun I wrapped some electrical tape around them along with a stack of ferrite toroids. The tape dips down between the toroids as expected and you don't see that just like the SR193 device. What does it all mean? They are using a ceramic ferrite permanent magnet core or part of the core is permanent.

Most likely this is an I core magnecoaster with a high voltage electron extraction circuit. Think Stan Meyer only using a electron cascade of a spark gap instead of the light bulb.

That funny end that sticks out on these coils is a stack of ring magnets for sure. Which direction they are faced is unknown but I would assume in attraction mode.

Now that you have a clue as to which direction to go and I have released information the spooks that run this place want to suppress, time to lock the thread and delete it and ban some users. See how they are acting up to justify it? They do that every time. That is just the cover.
